Director of Ministry

As Director of Ministry, Sr. Joan acts as delegate of the pastor in her responsibility for Parish Ministry. Sr. Joan oversees the development and coordination of all parish ministry according to the Mission of St. Margaret Mary Parish. This includes the development of the parish as a ministering community and support of the parishioners’ call to ministry within daily life, parish, and society.

She holds a Bachelors of Arts in psychology from St. Vincent College and a Masters of Social Work from Catholic University of America.

Sr. Joan is a Missionary Servant of the Most Blessed Trinity, a religious congregation based in Philadelphia, PA with missions across the US, PR, Mexico, and Jamaica.
